I’m supposed to be getting up to 76mb/s with my internet but right now I’m only getting about 7 to 14mb/s, it happened a while back but it turned out to be a problem with my computer but this time it’s even affecting the WiFi on my phone and streaming services, any way to fix?

@chronic17 unless you have another router I don't think there is much else you can do. So the sooner you report it the sooner an engineer will be sent out to fix the issue.

The DLM system has put you on a banded profile in response to past errors on your line, at the top of the up to 16.5 Meg band of these VDSL Banded Profiles, altho' you now have no significant errors. You need to give the DLM time to relent & remove any banding. If your sync speed at the test socket remains stuck at the same speed for 10 days you should ask EE to investigate the underlying fault. If a fault is found and fixed then the OR engineer may request a DLM reset. However should significant errors persist the DLM will reapply banding.

I would be more inclined to get the the fault reported so that the care team can look at your lines performance and to see the frequency of the interference that caused DLM to reduce your speeds.
They should also be able to reset the DLM to get your speeds back, and keep an eye on your line to see if there is still a fault somewhere.
Also if you are due compensation the sooner you tell them you have an issue the earlier the clock will start - waiting 10 days and then reporting it if it is still faulty just wastes time.
