NG103TB area. My broadband went to 1/5th of the speed it should be last week, then completely went down on Friday evening. I have no idea what the issue is and i have no idea if a human even knows if i have this problem. The recorded message just said something like “there is no need to call again” and “it (should) be fixed by the 6th”. A lot of my home is automated, my alarm and cctv relies on my broadband connection. Can any EE folk tell me what is going on please?

Which EE BB plan do you have? Which router do you have?

I am on the 1.6gb plan and have the SH31B router

Do you have a landline no?

No landline. It is an external fault as the red light is on the openreach box on my wall.

Try Check service status for BB at your postcode.

Ive already been through all that. It was me who reported the fault.
