Got behind in payment. Once realised I paid. This was 2 weeks ago. Today I wake up to find my broadband cut off. I've called and the system is rubbish, I can't get through to anyone. It says broadband suspended because I need to pay - press to pay and it says I don't owe anything. Press * if I think there has been a mistake and nothing! Going round in circles!

@kerryn23 Would think that Accounts and Billing will be closed now until Tuesday, but you may get some idea if you call EE CS direct and they can see what is going on with your account.

Have you tried making a payment through your EE online account?
You can visit Pay your EE Broadband bill for other ways to pay without calling.
