How do I discover my contract end date? The contract summary says I have a 24 month contract but doesn't give a start or end date.

@DaveNicholls : : Your min. contract term date will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in or workable out from your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

It's very strange that the simplest piece if information, i.e. broadband finish date, is hidden. Does not add any credits to EE.

@europetyresltd : It does tell you which BB product you have & the contract length but just not the start or end of it.

Just spent the best part of 15 minutes trying to disinter this info from EE website, then 10 or so minutes on a call. It's basic info and astonishing it's not readily available to customers. One suspects that as the monthly tariff on contracts often increases significantly after 24 months, withholding this basic info allows EE to make extra from customers who aren't absolutely on it - marginal gains...
