I need my broadband contract start date - it is not in the section mentioned above, not in any of the available sections.

@FFS7 : Your contract start date will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in or workable out from your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.

Hey James,
No, I tried using the app and then web based versions of MyEE as I assumed this basic detail would be available.
I’ve got all my emails and bill so have located details, appreciate your comment.
