Broadband connection

I have had the cable connection installed outside my house today by openreach, however I have had a text message from EE saying an engineer won’t come to my property until the 24th June 2024.

my current virgin connection ends on the 6th of June 2024, does anyone know if I can get this open reach date changed or else would EE be able to provide a temporary 4/5g broadband until full fibre connection?

@Tommylove You would probably be better to contact virgin and have them extend your end date with them, always better to have an overlap incase of complications happening, you can try contacting EE CS to see but you have more than likely been given 1st available date and hopefully that does not slide? Mobile broadband depends on availability and EE would know what is available to your postal code so you have to ask the question.
