this is about my internet broad band at home ,I’m actually on holiday , but I was told that I would be paying 29£ every month so the contract , but £29 wasn’t taken from my account , was wondering if you could tell me if the internet is still working or switched off

@Kingdada this is a public forum not customer service there is no access to your EE account from here. And unless you have terminated your contract then it’s still ongoing. If you require to speak with customer services you need to call them.
