Childrens contracts charged for my subscription

I have checked my bill and my apple music subscription and life 360 subscription charge is showing as extra charges on my bill but also on my Children's contracts, also roaming charges are on their bills when they weren't abroad with us. Any ideas?

Cat5e cable and 500mbps

They don’t want us to use the website they want us to us their app. I agree completely, I have never seen a business website so messed up as ee. I was just looking into getting broadband with them and their entire website was down.
