Hi, I moved to EE full fibre to the house broadband in December. I have a Sky Q box dating from May 2024. All was well till this week when the internet connection drops almost daily. I unplug Sky and there’s no problem resetting. I don’t have to reenter the WiFi password but it is a bore. I am afraid I do not understand your response to a previous correspondent Ona similar issue and wondered if you could explain in simple terms what I could to do resolve this issue. I can’t use a cable. All other WiFi is fine. I do not have mini Sky boxes just the one Sky Q box.

All sorted now. Unplugging the router did the trick. It’s been fine since Monday morning. Very many thanks for your support.

I used the Sky chat box and spent quite a long time with them trying various ways of resolving issue. So far so good. I now have set my Sky Q box so that it remains on all the time (most people have it set so that it turns itself off at night).

thanks Sarah my internet will drop at least once everyday, done the usual of unplugging, resetting but not fixing things. It’s been ok for last year just started doing this about a week ago.
i will try the sky boxes and see how that goes
