Broadband charges

I signed up to renew my broadband contract along with my mobile contract, I was told that my broadband would be £36.99. I have ended up with a monthly payment of just over £50 per month.  This price is stated in my contract, but was not the agreed price when I signed up. I wouldn’t have renewed at this price. What can I do?

@Andy_d   When did you do the changes? Have you allowed a billing period for the costs to be adjusted and refunded, they can take a little time.

But if you have why not give customer services a call tomorrow, I am sure they will be able to help you.
