Broadband breakdown

I am new to this community and I don't know if this is the correct way to leave feedback. I want to register my thanks to a lady called Kelly in the Newcastle call centre. She was very helpful and productive when our broadband stopped working. After two days of trying different options, the problem turned out to be a faulty connection and she made sure a new cable was sent immediately and even sent a new hub in case the cable didn't work. She stayed with me on the phone while I tried to connect and rang back when she said she would. I hope she gets to know of this positive feedback.
