Broadband bill increased!

Hi, does anybody know why my bill has gone up by a couple of quid? The breakdown doesn’t show of any extra charges and yet the price has increased? Have I missed the memo for a price hike in October?

@ShelleyAC The price increase was back in April so there’s no you can do about that now. If you have just has a higher bill then usual you need to look at your bill breakdown to see if you have any out of allowance charges.

Have you reached the end of your min. contract term? Your bill will increase at that time as you would've been informed when you took it out. Which EE BB package do you have?
