Hi
Both broadband and landline services have been down in my area for over two days. Thank goodness for Tesco mobile. The EE checker acknowledges there is a problem but puts the fix estimate at some time in August whereas initially it was some time in the future. No proper information from EE. What is going on. My area is Rossendale in NW England.

Hi @DougalT,
Welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection, as this isn't what we want to hear. If you text 'HELP' to 66033 then our team will take a look and get back to you with an update about what is happening in your area, and you can request a call back if you would like to speak with the team about this.

Hi
The text approach got nowhere but I eventually managed to get through to a real person and got the problem fixed. It looks like the network in the area had been down and then the hub hadn't recovered. Of course, there was nothing to say the network was back up. Problem now sorted.

I'm sorry to hear that the text service didn't work for you, but it's great to hear that things are back on track for you now @DougalT.
