Did you mean:

New customer price cheaper than my upgrade price

Freddie68

We have recently had full fibre put in our road, and on my ee app I can get a speed upgrade, however when I put in next doors address they can get it much cheaper than I can buy being a new customer. Why am I being asked to pay more as a current and loyal customer?

Hi @Freddie68

New customers always receive a better deal in just about any service to entice them over. That is just how life works.

If you want a better deal speak to EE CS on 150.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Probably why there's no loyalty anymore, I'll have to speak with my feet, which is a shame.
