Broadband Upstairs

Hello im switching to ee and was wondering if its possible or who to contact to get a phoneline - broadband line in upstairs as i always seem to have problems in the upstairs of my house as i do alot of streaming of now tv and gaming in my bedroom and anwsers would be appricated .

Where is your landline now? Are you thinking of getting a 2nd line installed or are you wanting the existing line moved? The latter is possible for a fee of about £50. You would need to get your BB migrated to EE 1st & then ask EE for the socket to moved upstairs.

@Mrjonathancain  Hi and welcome to the forum.

Do you mean an additional line in your bedroom, or to move an existing line?

Both are possible. the Broadband Care Team can arrange, I think a move of the master socket is something like £150 if Openreach do it.

Other options could be wireless extenders, run a cable or use a mains powerline.
