So my phone is broke and have no way to phone up and pay so I followed other suggestions and downloaded the app but whenever I try to add my broadband account it fails every time for a week now, no live chat help available to help resolve the issue and ideas?

Ah same problem as it is a callback request I’m unable to do as my microphone is fried, but I appreciate the help regardless.

If its your phone that is faulty EE won;t fix that, but you can easily pick one up for less than £10 even in most supermarkets.
But if your line is faulty, did you actualy read what they would do?

That text for help is for broken BB, not for difficulties with MyEE.
@EX-Mike : What happens when you try to add your BB account? What's the error msg?
