During a storm over the last few days a tree has blown down and broken the full fibre cable, I have tried to report this through the awefull automated service but all I get are generic replies, you keep telling me it will be fixed within four hours but nothing happens, is there anyway I can speak to someone about this?

Are you serious? that's the same crappy service I have been trying to use!!, it says press option 1 if I need to speak to someone but all you get is this automated service that checks your account, then runs some tests and tells me there is a fault and that it will be fixed within four hours, you never actually get to speak to anyone & the link provided just is another generic one.

Yes, I am! No, it isn't! You've been phoning EE CS. I'm telling you contact OR, who own the cables, directly by responding to their chat bot.

Ok I miss understood your message and I am sorry about that, I only saw the phone number and missed the link at the top.

I contacted Openreach but they have said that the service you gave me a link to is only to report unsafe equipment and that I need to contact my provider, EE, to get it fixed, I can't do that though as all I get is the crappy automated service that is a dead end and I can't speak to anyone, also the the last message I had said that EE would be in touch with in 30 mins but its been over two hours and I haven't heard anything.
