Broadband Connection Issue

My modem just arrived but I can't connect to the internet. The orange light flashes on the modem. I try to update via the mobile app, it shows 3 steps to update but gets stuck on step 1.

Good morning @Deniz33, have you noticed any changes to this since yesterday? 

If this still isn't working after trying all the steps we've suggested so far, I'd recommend getting in touch with our technical team

They'll be able to get your details brought up at our end and guide you through getting this sorted out.

Hi Peter, couldn't make it yesterday and sent a request to the EE faults team (10am) but still waiting their reply.

Hi all,

Problem solved. The tehnical team visited and replaced the openreach device with a new one. All good now. Thanks for support.
