I’ve recently gone onto EE broadband (sorted via EE shop in my town) for 29.99 a month then added the extra £5 to receive in coming calls only however the in coming calls aren’t getting through. Went into the shop but they can’t help and asked me to contact EE.

@LauraDS have you still got your phone plugged into the phone line?
New voice services are now provided the router, so you need to plug the phone into the router, or use an adapter if you don't have a DECT system.
