I have a "Green Feathers" bird-box camera that worked fine with a BT Hub.
I now have the EE hub.
The camera will not connect to the new hub - i tried disabling the 5ghz - didn't help
Please reply if you have real knowledge of the problem and have achieved a solution, thanks

@BarryH2 : Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz devices to that.

Hi @BarryH2
Welcome to our community.
Have you had any trouble connecting any other devices to your hub since switching?

No - not at all. I have tried resetting the camera to factory, set the hub to 2ghtz, brought the box into the room to be close to the router - i've even tried scanning the Q code with the camera and nothing seems to work.
The camera was working fine the day before i switched to EE, so i know it's something I am not doing!!

Thanks for giving that a go, @BarryH2.
Just to be 100% sure, since resetting the camera, has it completely forgotten all the details from your BT Hub, including the SSID and connection key?
Also are you definitely connecting to the SSID named on the slide out card on your EE Hub, and not another EE named network like EE WiFi, or EE WiFi X?

Hi Peter.
Yes I am definitely connecting g the hub as it names the hub asking for me new password to do so
Thanks anyway - worth mentioning that my first mention was a typo I have disabled the 5 Ghz and left just the 2.4 Ghtz

Thanks @BarryH2.
If you haven't already, can you please try leaving your Hub off for around 30 minutes?
EE Hubs use dynamic IPs, and this should allow you to be assigned a new one, and rule out the possibility of the camera not liking your current one.
