Billed but no Broadband

Hello,
Really struggling to get hold of EE to see if I can resolve the issue. I notified EE a month before my move with them, the install date is now a month later than originally quoted. So I have been without broadband for sometime however I have been billed. What have others done in this situation? It seems very unfair, as I gave good notice of the move and was even promised a free months broadband but instead I am being billed for broadband I don't yet have.

@LauraTutty : You shouldn't be charged until your activation date other than for any installation costs, if any.
