Does anyone else think EE is worse than BT?

streaming TV over WiFi to app or through EE TV box is awful, pixelating, buffering or just not working?

is this the same for others?

@Douglas71 Have never been a BT customer, so could not say, but no worse/better than many ISP's.

EE have responded well moving me to their best broadband and WiFi package. I have a two week cooling off period so if still not satisfied I can leave at that point
