Hi all. Been waiting all morning for an engineer as I was told pone would arrive. Now that slot gone and been on phone hold for over 25 mins! What should I do? Go out or wait and hope?
Now been on hold for over half an hour and ended up rebooking for Monday. Been told the engineer missed my appointment! I knew that. Ah well.

@AntiqueAndy Your fault is that the reason for an Engineer visit? Work can be external and a repair done without an Engineer hitting your home, that is one option for the Forum to give to you.

@AntiqueAndy probably because you’re not the first person the engineer has to go to and they’ve probably got stuck on another job with something else which has a knock on effect.

Thanks for your email.
There is no fault, just a wire with no insulation and I want to replace the
flooring.
There isn't a section to put this in so I have to record it as a fault.
It has all gone rubbish. Not helpful at all.
Now I have been told another appointment has to be made.

@AntiqueAndy You will have to reschedule then it happens, at least the no show fee can be taken off the bill so that will save you a little from the charge.
