Good day as I am new to EE from BT, I used to use a Netgear Router but for some reasons it is blocked now, can someone please tell me how to backup the SH31B router? Thanks in advance!

You can't! There is no Backup/Restore functionality on the SH+.
There is no reason for a Netgear router to be blocked on Full Fibre BB. It might not be able to make use of full speeds.

Thank you for the reply, I really appreciate it! Shame there's no backup and oh when my EE router got a FW update it erased all the settings, I lost all my WiFi enabled devices. As for the Netgear router, I have tried it multiple times it will not connect there is no Internet traffic! Thanks have a great day!
