EE Smart Hub & Smart Wi-Fi disc

Due to being mis-sold a package, I originally ordered the 1.6gb Full Fibre and have already received a Smart Hub & Smart Wi-Fi disc.

I found out today that BT transfers aren’t allowed to have the top speed, it’s new contracts only.

So if I accept the 900mb will I need to return the Smart Wi-Fi disc, or can I still use it. Because when I try to re-order it tomorrow, I’m going to try and get the activation fee waived for the mis-selling of the product.

The Smart WiFi Plus extender still works with EE 900 Meg FF.

You mis-read the question, I understand it’ll work on the  900mb but the Smart Wi-Fi Disc as I call it isn’t included as part of the equipment, just the Smart Hub / Router.

OK, well send it back then.
