I am trying to switch from BT broadband to EE broadband but when I log into BT (as EE requested me to do to continue with order) they are saying I have on ‘open’ order so they can’t continue until that is completed. But I don’t have any open orders. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you.

@cathyfitz You will need to call EE/BT CS tomorrow now and find out what is open for you, Open order you are going no further! It's BT that migrates you over to the EE side nothing else!
