BT email account access issues on my iPhone and iPad

Hi, I have had a BT email address for approx 12 years and have switched to EE for my broadband service approx 3 years ago. All has been ok until 5th May when accessing my BT emails on my iPhone and IPad stopped on 5/5/26. I have re entered my password on the Apple settings but it will not accept them. I can access my email by login into BT email web page and all are up to date. NB this appears to coincide with me renewing my contract with EE earlier this month - may be a coincident. Please can anyone help with this issue? Thank you

@JDGriff : What EE BB plan are you on? When you renewed it did you change plan? If so, from what?

What have you put as the Incoming Server settings (all of them) in your Mail app, obscuring your name?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
