BT TO EE migration

In Feb 2025 I was out of contract with BT who phoned to convince me to migrate to EE.  What a nightmare! Navigating through 150 is hopeless. I have had contact with at least five so called guides. None of which have solved my problem.  I have even been to the EE shop, they tried but failed to get me access via the App to my EE broadband account.  I tried linking it to my EE phone account but no joy. I  tried setting up another email address, didn’t work. Ihave tried everything to sort this to no avail.  Where do I go now. I can’t even access my old BT account .  I was with BT for years with no problems, now I am stuck with EE two years. HELP

I sympathise , I migrated on the 20th Jan and it's not been without problems.... My BT account still says they owe me £95 , yet EE are billing me for the 2nd month already !!!!

I can sill access my old BT account , but I have the change the account number after logging on , so I can still see my old bills , maybe that will work for you ?

I'm an Ex BT Senior Manager and all I can say is this wouldn't have happened 20 years ago !!!!!

EE Community Support Team

Hi @Emag

When you speak with our Customer Support team, they should be able to try and link your accounts. If there's an issue with linking them, they can refer it to an offline team who can investigate it further to try and link them.

I understand that you've already spoken to our team about this a few times, so as an alternative, you can fill in our complaints form and the complaints team will look into it for you.

I hope you get sorted soon.

Chris
