I am moving from BT broadband and setting up with EE as my new provider. I have a BT email address, can I continue to use this?

@Bebiana  Hi and welcome to the forum.

You can continue to use BT Email, however depending on the service you require you may need to pay for it.

This Help Page will help explain your options. https://www.bt.com/help/email/bt-email-products

I too have transferred to EE from BT - does this mean I will no longer be able to access my BT emails from my PC?  How do I save various folders that are stored on my PC - so I don't lose them??

@paulafrenchp New EE came along you are now able to keep your email.

I can log into my BT email from the web, but all of a sudden on my Mac it says password or account name incorrect??  I transferred to EE from BT approx 3 months ago and have had no issues - now all of a sudden I can't read emails on my Imac - the password is obviously correct as I can login to webmail.

Have any settings changed that I need to be aware off?

@paulafrenchp : Sounds like they have moved you to BT Basic Mail after 3 months.
