BB router poor

Hello

Anyone else have speed issue with router, I am sick of rebooting every 2 or 3 days. I get 9mbps sometime less. I have reported it dozens of times but never get it sorted. Never once called sky for BB issue in 15 years, dozens of times in one year with EE to get fobbed off everytime

Which router? You get 9 Meg but which plan you on? You don't say!
