I’m really hoping someone can help with this, as I’m going round in circles.
I have already returned the kit I had, but I keep getting text messages telling me to send it back. I spoke to someone at EE who said I hadn’t returned the “full kit” and that there should have been an extra disc included. I never received such a disc in the first place, so it wasn’t possible for me to return it.
I raised a complaint about this, but then got an email saying the complaint was closed – yet the reminder texts are still coming through.
Can anyone from EE please confirm that my return has been properly recorded, and stop these messages? I don’t want to end up being charged for something I never had.
