It’s literally been only 6 hours since broadband got fitted and it’s already down? What awful service is this? And the app is down too I can’t message to find out what’s wrong, not a good first impression is it EE?

@KMDABOSS That's the trouble when not keeping on your original post, your reply's stopped, so it becomes automatic, you fixed it and off you go into oblivion not to be heard until next issue, which is now on another posting you created.

Had you stayed on the original there were further steps to go on, but when is OR due to take a look see now will treat the other post as dead and buried now?

@WillKirk : For "WiFi" read "BB". That's how @KMDABOSS is using it & many mistakenly do.

im confused, what post are you talking about? And what was fixed? The WiFi router wasn’t fixed since it stopped working all of a sudden,

I've brought back the OP's posts to the other thread, which had nowt to do with his issue, to his original thread so that it now follows logically & chronologically.

@KMDABOSS : You are waiting for an OR eng. to fix your BB not your WiFi. The WiFi won't even work properly until your BB is fixed.

Then explain to me why my bb was working perfectly fine until midnight? And explain to me why so many other people are having same issues? And explain to my why my 5G and 4g signals on my sim are always 1 bar when I have full 5G coverage option? Its obvs EE network is horrendous. BB or not it doesn’t matter the issue still stands, I paid for wifi and it isn’t up and running. Simple as, my concerns with the company I took the deal out with, which is EE, whatever goes on between them and OR is their own issue. At the end of the day it’s EE who will lose reputation not OR.

Your BB has gone down; witness the RED ONT. Simple as that! Now you wait for OR to fix it.

BB is with which company? EE right? Open reach are just engineering company who set it up, EE are in charge of the rest, looks like you lack comprehension skills. You just definitely be a EE employee since you have them so far up your backside and seem to be defending them with your life. Give it a rest.
