I have a question that I'd like to get an answer on without wasting a lot of my time or that of support staff. It's not urgent and is the sort of thing that I'd simply like to raise a ticket on. I'd be happy to wait a couple of days for a response.
I DON'T want to make phone call and I don't want to use live chat.
I understand that email has many issues, but a form-based support system would be handy for this.
Does such a thing exist within the world of EE?

Sorry, I could perhaps just say that my question is "How can I get static IP on my home broadband?" I understood at the time of ordering that I can have it, but have to wait until the service is installed before it can be done.

@thewinelake : EE do not supply static public IPs for its BB. I'm not sure but it's possible you might be able to get 1 on a business a/c.

Mmmm. That's rather sneaky of them. You'd have thought that they might know that before encouraging me not to cancel my order!

You're safer with a dynamic public IP. Hardly any ISPs do static.

@thewinelake If you specifically need a static IP, there are a few ISP's that will accommodate that kind of request, some offer as a free service, and some offer as a chargeable extra, just search for "isp with static ip" to see who turns up and if they are available with the line that you have.
