Appointment

Hello guys!

I recently received a text message from EE saying I had a booked appointment in my local branch, however I did not book an appointment. 

Does anyone know what this could possibly mean?

I’m not to sure if this is routine as my broadband is not up for any sort of renewal?

Hi @Lchloe1,

Thank you for posting. If you haven't booked that appointment yourself, it could be that someone has given you your mobile number by mistake.

My suggestion would be to give EE a call on 0330 123 1105 and we'll be able to check what's happening with that appointment and why you received that message.
