I am also in the situation where I have returned equipment and keep getting an email saying if I don’t return equipment I will be charged. I returned it using Royal Mail. I have proof of postage and tracking number with proof that the equipment was delivered and signed for. I am therefore at a loss; why am I receiving email reminders? Thank you

I’m having exactly the same issue. Equipment returned via Royal Mail, tracked, tracking number checked and shows equipment received and signed for, but still getting emails saying if equipment not returned I’ll be charged! 
please can you sort this out. Thank you.
