Hi,
After numerous issues of transferring from BT to EE (still some issues to resolve..) I thought I’d try and sync the EE app to my new EE smart hub. However when trying to do so I just get a “Pairing with your hub” message and a spinning circle endlessly.
I’ve tried different phones, tablets all have the same issue. Have factory reset the hub to no avail.
Anyone know of a fix please? Massively regretting moving from BT which was rock solid for me!

You no longer have a team. You have a poxy online bot that takes its own sweet time to deliver an irrelevant and useless suggestion. I’d be chuffing delighted to speak to a human being. Where can I do so?
