Hi,
After numerous issues of transferring from BT to EE (still some issues to resolve..) I thought I’d try and sync the EE app to my new EE smart hub. However when trying to do so I just get a “Pairing with your hub” message and a spinning circle endlessly.
I’ve tried different phones, tablets all have the same issue. Have factory reset the hub to no avail.
Anyone know of a fix please? Massively regretting moving from BT which was rock solid for me!

This happened to me.
You have to contact EE so that they can guide you through it, sometimes they have to make a change their end for the account to be associated with the hub.

is it just me or is it just as impossible to talk to a human @ EE as it is getting past the 'Pairing with your Hub' ring of doom!!!

Have you tried calling our customer care team?
They have account access and can look into this further for you.

My solution was to delete the EE app completely because it is bloody useless!!!
EE quite happy to fill our TV screens with false advertising but seem to find it acceptable to provide a service that doesn’t work.

Hi why can't anyone pair with thier hubs theohh6the app on having same issues and no one seems to know anything reseting all time dosent work when can we expect to resolve this please been talking to tech team for 3 weeks nearly and we paying for service we can't use kind regards
