I moved from BT to EE three days ago. I had connected my hub but couldn't access parental controls. I was advised by EE to reinstall the app. But this time when I went through the hub set.up it told me I'd put in the wrong admin password.
It now keeps telling me to I need to wait X amount of time before I can try again. And keeps doubling the time every time I open the app. Without ever giving me the chance to add the password.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And nothing. Any advice?
