@JimmyKammi   which router do you have?

Are any of your WiFi devices connected?

I am using the BT Smart Hub 2. Mainly connected to mobile phone or notebook.

Thanks

@JimmyKammi   you will need to use a browser to control the router, I don;t think the app works on the BT Router.

@Mustrum Latest EE FW to the BT Smarthub2 has supposed to have fixed the EE App connecting to it!

FW=Firmware

@JimmyKammi There is NOTHING for you to find, BT/EE control the update to the router, so you cannot do it or apply it!
