App problems

Anyone else having problems with their app.I been online since 10th May, logging in ok but put my correct details on the manage section and doesnt recognise my details. EE have said they are having issues,but its way too long now and I want to view my bill. Called them last week and they would have a look and call me back, 2 hours later but never did.

@Vickybb Have you tried looking at your account now since you last spoke with CS?

Yes, I rang  EE again and Ive been putting in the wrong email address for the app, have 2 emails associated with the account.All sorted now, thank you xx
