Broadband not connecting

I have just had new broadband fitted just over 2 weeks and yet again the WiFi isnt working , I'm getting a little fed up know as I had know issues with my old one  , I'm needing to do some work so Ivw has to put on my hotspot which isn't great , can you please tell me why id keeps not connecting

Which is not working? The BB itself or the WiFi connection of your devices to the router?

Which EE BB plan are you on? What EE router do you have?
