Hi. It's been over 3 months and the App doesn't allow me to set up or manage wifi controls. I just get this message saying "We can't load this information... Not your fault, it's ours. Try again or give it another go later". I've been trying again for months! Can anyone help?

From a legal view EE could be in breach of contract under the sale of goods act, faulty goods or the service there advertising isn't fit for purpose. I've been a customer for years previously Orange. I have 4 mobile phone contracts, broadband, it's a disgrace the service there providing. I've tried uninstalling the app, it seems to work for that one log in then your get the pause and refuses to load. I've given up and looking at an early exit with the help from the ombudsman.

Nope same mines been about 6 months now and it’s what I was after using so very disappointing
