Well reading all these comments on here and the fact that take place to the new system after all the problems I’ve had with the EBTBTE whatever you wanna go new system motor system Legacy system BT need to sort an E to sort this out my account if not then I’m leaving the service with On period been a customer 17 years had enough for the service to be treating me last advisor should be sacked where’s the Apple TV box 4K box? Not dispatched? Question about refunds on my account in BT but so why the hell I should’ve answered the questions is beyond me when they’ve got the information from them no consideration about health conditions whatsoever. My friend had to listen to the way of the garage treating me on the phone. Take your behaviourI’m not going to start myself for a new provider. BT don’t care I got millions of customers. I’m just one of 1 million that will have problems they know the problems but they read all the notes from the beginning from the executive compliance department on the old system. New system still get what the hell is going on and what they’ve done last chance to resolve I’m going to provide that they can provided a service, not a nightmarelike this as a complaint just like the rest of the ones I’ve been logging apparently no notes but put on any accounts BT we old system new gave them a new email address to set up the new BTID or should I say EEID for the EE app? Can’t access it errors non-stop on previous ID and it doesn’t recognise this email address last I spoke to just didn’t care. Hope you can sort it out. Clark is taking new provider waiting

I have just moved from Legacy to the BT and that move me over to the new EE not at the three months free offer that they offer the TV was never mentioned not even given my details for my new account for the new EE system, not even offered anything thank you for me whatsoever on the new side of thingsproblems with the app on BT and on EE new system can’t get access to control my Wi-Fi got any box from the EE TV service to which they promised to send out an Apple TV device if I sent the pro box back from EE TV advisor last phone call terrible patronising awful service and I’m still waiting for a refund from BT regards to EE and £50 of £58 in credit, but they decided to use that for the first winter technically after all the hell I’ve been through I should be offered three months free because that was the offer initially on TV at the time of the transfer to the new EE system from BT someone has to put that right shift to provide a completely
