Hi,
I am able to remotely log into SmartVPN for work on other networks, but not on my recently acquired EE Broadband.
So the issue is not with the VPN software, but the EE broadband / settings.
I tried to call 150, but got a bot.
Can anyone direct me to a solution please?

@DenisW Have you tried the vpn compatibility mode in the EE router? http://192.168.1.254 will get you to the router manager.

Where is freezes the port as 500? Yes. Still not working.

@DenisW Do not really know anything never heard of your vpn client, You could perhaps try disabling IPV6 but EE do not block vpn traffic.
