EE arranged to install fibre broadband today, engineers fitted new connection, moved router to new connector, but there was a problem in making connection. They were waiting for EE to explain why no connection. The engineer said it should take an hour or so, & would go to next job which was around corner & when able would make connection remotely on his phone. 2 hours later still no broadband, I rang engineer & he said he would chase it up. 6 hours later we had no further contact with engineer, but we have internet, but no landline connection & no computer connection, no tv apps,  no tnt  or sky sports & have had now follow up from EE to see how things have gone. I expected everything to be exactly the same as before fibre broadband.

@N30lel  your phone connects to the smart hub.    If you have working Internet, you’re gonna have to explain why you have no computer connection and what does that actually mean?
