Data is ok (e.g. netflix streaming) but seems something was blocked by EE.
It happened to me few days ago, at first I think its dns issue. Try changing it from auto to google dns 8.8.8.8 but doesn't help. If I disconnect the wifi using my mobile hotspot everything works fine, TV, mac etc. Unlucky it seems very hard to get EE's support but only here... appreciate if anyone can give hints.

I even factory default the router, connect my devices to the wifi with default setting but no help. Weird is I found out if I connect my vpn in my mac, it works. Does it show its problem on the EE side??

LG TV (downloading apps), BBC iplayer, MET office etc etc.
This problem happens to me weeks ago. My conclusion is its something happen from EE but none of their engineer can solve the problem.
What I had test:
1. Factory default the smart router from EE (same issue)
2. Disconnect all my stuff, connect only my mac to its wifi (same issue)
The problem get solve if I turn on my surfshark VPN on my mac, I can access those website and get data e.g. MET office
If I connect my LG TV to iphone hotspot, my BBC iplayer works.
EE (BT) engineer had come visited my home, same problem on his phone - he can't access MET office website using my EE line. He don't know whats going on on the line.
Since than no clue and no hear from them... very disappointed on what I got from them.
Any idea?
