On July 9th I ordered broadband with EE after moving into new home, it’s now August 3rd and I still have no internet. Openreach engineer was due on July 30th and didn’t show up, after calling EE and being passed around many different departments, they eventually said my order didn’t reach supplier which is why engineer didn’t show got told to call back next day as nothing could’ve been done when I callled. Called next day and was told they’ll cancel my order and re order it, apparently this has been done however I’ve had no emails or texts to confirm and have no reference to supply when I call and it’s not linked to my account.
anyone else had a similar situation? If so did you ever get it resolved? embarrassing stuff from EE, major mess up. Whenever I call everyone sounds as confused as I am bar one person from the “next gen” team who was helpful and ordered me a temporary mini hub but I’ve still got no idea what’s happening or if I have an order.

@DavidE98 Does take some time to filter through to your account, but if you login to your EE you should see a reference in your orders section, and surprised that you do not get a e-mail also with your order details. Hopefully you do not have to wait to long now.
