Adding a MAC address

I have a new router and to connect my Blink camera module I need to add it's MAC address to my new router.  I've logged into my router and to access the access controls it says to do it on my EE app yet when I click on wifi controls all I get is a grey screen. Please can someone help me how to add a MAC address to my EE router successfully!

@Claireybella Why do you think you need to add a mac address?

Because that's what Blink support have told me to I need to do.  Since having my new router I've not been able to connect my Blink module, says incorrect wifi password every time, I've been back and forth with Blink support who now say the MAC address of the Blink module needs registering with the new router.  I have never had to do this before......

@Claireybella Another link that may help. When you did the reset, did you find the module updated, have you tried the disable 5g etc.

You don't add MAC addys to routers. You connect devices to routers. Once it is connected the router can see its MAC addy.
