Hello @Richsd63 ,
Welcome to the community,
What problems are you getting when logging into your account? We do need more information in order to help you further and also where are you encountering the problem, is it via the app or when logging in via the website?

@Richsd63 have you tried logging in via the website and see if that works?
How long have you been with EE? Are you wanting to log in with a landline number account or is it with mobile account?
You may have to ring customer service, but there is another thing you can do, is delete the app, re-install it and try again, you will have to register again.

@Richsd63 : You have successfully logged into your MyEE a/c to have posted here.
Are you trying to register a Home Broadband a/c? It's that that asks for account number and land line number.
What products do you currently have with EE? What products are you trying to buy from EE?
