I recently cancelled my broadband (without landline) with EE and went back to BT to get Home Essentials. EE charged me for a whole month but have now credited my former broadband account because I left on the 14th. Will the credit in my account automatically be paid into my bank account or do I have to request it?

@DortheH : As you cancelled your BB contract with EE it should be auto credited to your normal method of payment but best to call CS & make sure it will be.
